To align with your new "Gallery" brand identity and the fact that you are now using CJ Dropshipping and Contrado (rather than Printify and Gooten), we need to shift the tone from "factory-direct" to "curated studio."
Here is your modernized, 2026-ready Shipping Policy. It removes the mention of old providers and builds in the "2026 Profit Shield" we discussed.
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At JRFA STUDIOS, we are dedicated to bringing you a curated selection of unique, high-quality decorative pieces and artisan accessories. To ensure global excellence, we partner with specialized production houses and international fulfillment studios. This means your items are often custom-made or sourced from a global network and shipped directly to your door to ensure the best possible value.
This policy applies to all collections represented by JRFA STUDIOS.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Many of our items—specifically our Gallery Bowls and Home Decor—are made-to-order. A production phase is required before your order departs the studio.

Average Production Time: 2–7 business days.

Zen-Tech Lighting & Artisan Carry: Typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Peak Seasons: During holidays (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day) or gallery promotional periods, production times may be extended.

Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a knit tote and an incense burner), they may be dispatched from different studio locations. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package at no additional cost to you.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We have optimized our logistics to provide a balance between security and speed.
A. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Insured Shipping: $6.99 (Flat Rate).

Curated Excellence: FREE Shipping on all orders over $75.00.

Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days (includes production time).
B. International Shipping

Standard International: 10–25 business days. Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: In accordance with 2026 trade regulations, international customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or tariffs imposed by their country’s customs agency. These charges are not included in your JRFA STUDIOS total.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your piece has been inspected and shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update as it passes through international sorting centers.
4. Shipping Carriers
Our studio partners utilize a network of reliable global and local carriers, including but not limited to CJPacket, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, depending on the item's origin and your destination.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
JRFA STUDIOS ensures that every item is packaged with care. However, transit can be unpredictable.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the item and notify us at jrfastudios@gmail.com within 48 hours.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to ensure a replacement or resolution is provided.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the automated nature of our artisan fulfillment, once an order is sent to production (usually within 12 hours), we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
